Winnie Pours – The Cutie
Winnie brings charm and poise to the table. Designed for wine, her gentle bow transforms every pour into a graceful gesture — a quiet exchange between host and guest.
Compact yet generous in capacity, Winnie holds up to 2 litres, pairing the precision of modern engineering with the warmth of handcrafted design. Her elevated pour height allows ample space for wine glasses, while her curved glass form celebrates the colour, movement, and clarity of each vintage as it flows.

Phoebe Pours – The Eyecatcher
Bold and commanding, Phoebe draws attention before she even begins to move. Designed for whiskey and darker spirits, her slow, deliberate bow carries a sense of ceremony — a moment of intention before the pour.
Holding 1 litre, Phoebe balances substance with control. Crafted from rich American black walnut and polished metal, her sculptural form catches the light like liquid amber. Guided by subtle sensing and controlled motion, she transforms function into performance, and serving into spectacle.

Technical & Practical Info
1. How it works
Placing any glass onto the base activates a pump that lifts the liquid to the top. Gravity then takes over, as the “Bird” increases in weight, she gently bows to pour. Once the desired volume is reached, the remaining liquid siphons back into the base reservoir.

Powered by an internal rechargeable battery, with discreet charging via a port at the rear of the wooden base.

6. Practical Considerations
Pour height: Winnie is designed to accommodate a Wine glass underneath, Phoebe a whiskey glass.
Not suitable for carbonated liquids.
Due to the ballast required for the pouring mechanism, a small volume remains (approx. 120ml for Winnie, 160ml for Phoebe). Designed with bar and hospitality use in mind, where units are regularly topped up.
