How it Works
A sensor detects the presence of a glass and the bowing motion is created simply by moving the liquid up the stem.

Is there a warranty?
Yes you get 1 years warranty
What if I break the glass?
The glass is hand blown by scientific glassblowers from borosilicate glass, it’s strong!
If you do smash it, we can send a replacement part – this will incur the cost of manufacture + shipping.
Can I use any glass/cup?
Yes, for example if you set the Pours device to 60ml and put a glass with ice on, it will add 60ml.
The height of the glass can be an issue – Winnie Pours is designed to fit a wine glass with a higher pour height. Phoebe is best suited for a whiskey glass.
